A public report from Athena reported 4 inches of new snow had fallen at 0900 February 14th. The Pendleton WFO reported 6 inches of new snow at 1000 on February 14th.

An occluded front coupled with a moist southwest flow aloft lead to heavy snow developing across portions of eastern and central Oregon as well as across portions of south central Washington.
