A 58 mph non thunderstorm wind gust was measured east of Versailles.

Gusty winds of 50 to 70 mph occurred across southwest Missouri on March 19th. The high winds and low relative humidity values around 25 percent led to extreme fire conditions with numerous wild fires. A Red Flag Warning and a High Wind Warning was in effect.
