Non thunderstorm wind gusts downed a tree into the road west of Kimberling City.
Wider weather episode
Gusty winds of 50 to 70 mph occurred across southwest Missouri on March 19th. The high winds and low relative humidity values around 25 percent led to extreme fire conditions with numerous wild fires. A Red Flag Warning and a High Wind Warning was in effect.
