Scattered thunderstorms developed during the late afternoon over southeast Minnesota and west-central Wisconsin, producing a few instances of marginally severe and sub-severe hail.

An isolated cell blossomed quickly along a boundary over south-central Minnesota, resulting in a strong downward gust as it weakened.
