For the second day in a row, severe thunderstorms develop over the Palmer Divide and tracked eastward across Lincoln. Hail up to golf ball size (1.75 inches) fell and winds reached up to 76 mph. A brief tornado was also reported near Elizabeth. Additional thunderstorms formed to the north along a convergence zone and produced hail up to 1 inch in diameter over Weld County.
