The majority of northern and central Arkansas would reach Winter Storm Warning criteria with sleet and snow that accumulated to over a foot in Polk County. Across much of the southern portion of Arkansas, the predominately precipitation type remained rain and then freezing rain where several counties met Ice Storm Warning criteria.
