Tides were pushed down below -1 foot MLLW for multiple hours at Sabine Pass and Cameron. The tide fell to -1.53 feet below MLLW at Cameron.
Wider weather episode
An upper disturbance and cold front moved across the region. Scattered convection was associated with the system, but one storm became severe. Behind the cold front, strong north winds drove tides below normal.
