Emergency managers reported coastal flooding along Calle Marina near Parque Coln in Aguadilla due to a northerly swell. At the time of the report, the road was impassable and closed.
Wider weather episode
A series of large northerly swells impacted the Atlantic coastline of the islands during mid-March. These swells produced large breaking waves, life-threatening rip currents, and minor coastal flooding.
