The 911 call center reported that Camino los Parceleros, close to CEVA logistics, was flooded with a white van stranded and two adults trapped inside.

The wider storm

A stationary front stretching across the Atlantic and an induced trough over the northeastern Caribbean produced lighter winds and aided in the development of slow-moving showers from streamers over northeastern Puerto Rico.
