Delayed report for marine thunderstorm winds measured at KNGP.

Energy on the western extent of a mid- to upper level low centered over the Lower Mississippi Valley moved into our area during the evening. Although PWATs were well below normal and near the 25th percentile for this time of year, showers with a few embedded thunderstorms developed over portions of the Hill Country which were forecast to propagate into South Texas during the evening hours. These storms allowed for isolated instances of elevated marine thunderstorm winds.
