Thunderstorm winds damaged large tree limbs at the Damsite Campground at Pomme de Terre Lake.
Wider weather episode
Severe thunderstorms, including a tornado occurred during the afternoon of June 3rd. A line of thunderstorms then moved through during the evening. Quarter size hail and damaging wind gusts also occurred, mainly across central Missouri, north of Interstate 44.
