A line of showers and thunderstorms developed during the early afternoon hours of April 21st over the northeastern Nebraska Panhandle. As this line of storms tracked east, it intensified over the central and northern Sandhills. Thunderstorm wind gusts up to 62 MPH were reported in southern Keya Paha and northern Brown Counties.
