Severe thunderstorm winds downed a large tree which blocked the 3900 Block of Buffalo Road in Summertown. Damages are a rough estimate.

Wider weather episode

Scattered thunderstorms impacted Middle Tennessee during the afternoon and evening hours of June 6, 2025. Damaging winds were the primary hazard with these thunderstorms with several reports of downed trees received. One thunderstorm near Spring Hill did produce an EF-0 tornado.
