Wider weather episode

Strong low-level ascent atop a stalling surface boundary aided in the development of severe thunderstorms across western-north Texas and southern Oklahoma during the early morning hours of the 3rd. The strongest of these thunderstorms produced hail and thunderstorm wind damage.
