A warm front ahead of a surface low produced a line of thunderstorms across western Wisconsin on April 17th. A line of thunderstorms had developed along the warm front across southeastern Minnesota which moved into western Wisconsin. A few cells briefly pulsed strong enough to produce dime to quarter size hail in Dunn and Polk Counties.
