Emergency managers reported that the Fatima Bridge on PR-620 was flooded due to the Rio Cibuco (river) overflowing its banks.

A mid-to-upper-level trough, in combination with a surface induced trough, produced periods of heavy rainfall that caused flash floods and landslides between April 19-21.
