Bryan PD reported multiple streets and intersections flooded including: Villa Maria at Harvey Mitchell; Palasota at Finfeather; 500 West Carson; 200 block of Dodge; North Coulter at Park Street; Briarcrest at Earl Rudder Frontage; Carter Creek near Tanglewood Park. Broadcast media also reported flooded roadways in the Braeburn cul-de-sac near Broadmoor Drive in Bryan, TX near Briar Meadows Creek. A member of the public also reported inundation on South College Avenue at Inflow Blvd in central College Station. Inflow Blvd borders a ditch.
