This EF-1 tornado formed northeast of Mondovi and tracked northeast causing some damage to trees and a one-story home before moving into Eau Claire County.

Wider weather episode

Two rounds of severe storms moved through portions of west-central Wisconsin during the afternoon and evening hours. The first round resulted in an isolated storm in Clark County that produced hail up to half dollar sized. A second round progressed through the area which produced a brief tornado northeast of Mondovi, Wisconsin and an isolated wind gust to 60 mph in Clark County.
