Several reports of multiple tree branches down along Route 2 between Richmond and Bolton as well as an isolated tree or two.

A weak trough/cold front across the northern tier of NY and VT provided enough lift in a very hot and humid airmass to produce scattered thunderstorms with a few isolated pulse severe thunderstorms due to localized downburst.
