Hail up to penny-size in Campbell.

During the morning of October 13th, a warm front drifted northward across much of NE OH and toward the Lake Erie shore as a surface low moved east-northeastward from central IL to NW OH. Along and near the surface warm front, scattered multicell thunderstorms persisted eastward across NE OH. One of these storms produced hail up to penny-size in Campbell, near Youngstown, amidst weak MUCAPE and moderate effective bulk shear.
