The Walnut Creek weather station recorded a peak straight-line convective wind gust of 44-mph from a passing line of rain showers.

A cold front swept southeastward across Lake Erie during the late afternoon through early evening hours of November 11th. Along the front, a line of multicell rain showers moved southeastward across NW PA and generated isolated peak straight-line convective wind gusts of gale-force along the lakeshore southwest and northeast of Erie. These rain showers occurred amidst moderate effective bulk shear and very weak MUCAPE.
