The following roads were closed due to flood waters from the Rio Cibuco in Vega Alta; the intersection of PR-2 with PR-690, as well as portions of PR-675 and PR-676.

Wider weather episode

A mid-to-upper-level trough, in combination with a surface induced trough, produced periods of heavy rainfall that caused flash floods and landslides between April 19-21.
