A landslide was reported by the 911 Call Center, affecting portions of Road PR-615 in Barrio Pozas, Ciales, near kilometer 3.8, close to a bridge and a local body shop. The landslide rendered the road impassable and caused damage to nearby communication and power lines.

From April 26 through 30, a moist and unstable weather pattern affected Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
