Scattered thunderstorms developed across Middle Tennessee during the afternoon of June 27, 2025. While these thunderstorms were non-severe, they did produce strong gusty winds. With saturated soils from several days of rain, this did make it easier for trees to fall which is what happened in Bethpage.
