The typical severe weather setup across the region - surface moisture advected in from the east with stronger west to southwesterly flow aloft - developed across the region from June 13-15. Fog and low clouds inhibited destabilization on June 13. Initially surface moisture was less quality on June 14, but increased for June 15, which was the most active severe day.
