Reports of Jackson River approaching Jackson River Road and water flowing onto the road in spots. Individual also became stuck in chicken coop as water came up from a creek, but self extricated.

Showers and thunderstorms along a slow moving frontal boundary produced rainfall amounts of one to four inches across Highland County, VA over the course of six hours.
