A fair-weather waterspout was observed over the Gulf off the east end of Panama City Beach. The waterspout was observed for 3-5 minutes.

Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms produced strong winds in excess of 34 knots across the area. In addition, a fair weather waterspout was observed.
