Brief landspout ground circulation occurred 11 NNE Potter per multiple videos from the public. No damage occurred or was reported with the landspout as it remained in an open area away from infrastructure. No injuries, no fatalities, and no damage.

A shortwave moving across the area triggered thunderstorm development across southeast Wyoming and western Nebraska the afternoon of July 6. Storms produced both strong winds and damaging hail with a brief landspout ground circulation reported.
