Pictures of a roof panel off a farm structure and the total destruction of detached garage. Estimated 70-80 mph winds. Scattered crop damage in the area.
Wider weather episode
Hot weather during the afternoon of June 25 produced a few severe thunderstorms across the area. Severe winds around 60 to 70 mph were reported on the east side of the Quad Cities metro area. Another more potent storm brought downburst winds to Clinton County resulting in some farm damage and trees down through the City of Clinton.
