Harford County 911 center reported that Grier Nursery Road in Forest Hill was impassable due to moving water over the roadway from a nearby creek. Water was 6-12 inches deep.

Wider weather episode

An area of slow moving thunderstorms trained along a residual boundary across northeast Maryland. This resulted in heavy rain and a localized two to four inches of rain over a two hour period.
