A Snow Canyon State Park employee reported damage to West Canyon Road due to flooding. A tent was also flooded, forcing a camper to sleep in their vehicle. Rainfall estimates in this vicinity indicated between .70 and .90 inches of rain had fallen in around 90 minutes. Time is estimated by radar.
