At least 6 inches of water flowing across the road along Pageland Lane between Artemus Road.

The wider storm

Slow moving showers and thunderstorms amidst weak flow aloft resulted in flooding and flash flooding across portions of northern Virginia. Localized rainfall totals of two to four inches in about 90 minutes were observed along and north of I-66 towards the Potomac River.
