Dorchester County Emergency Management reported that two trees fell across Seven Acres Road near Highway 15. Two trucks then hit the downed trees, causing one injury.

An isolated thunderstorm developed along a stationary front in the afternoon hours across northern Dorchester County. The thunderstorm became strong enough to produce damaging wind gusts near St George.
