Event narrative

Several trees were down in the vicinity and along LA-15. This was a continuation from a large damaging wind swath that came out of SE Ouachita Parish. Trees were downed in a scattered nature from around the parish line to around Archibald.

Wider weather episode

A large weather system impacted the region on May 6th and brought a few rounds of rain and storms to the area. A few instances of severe weather occurred across the forecast area.
