Strong thunderstorm wind blew down trees.

Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms developed across portions of northwestern Arkansas during the late afternoon and evening of the 13th, as warm, moist and unstable air was drawn over a stationary front across the area. The strongest storm produced damaging wind and hail up to half dollar size.
