A Skywarn observer reported that water levels in Rio Jajome were very high, completely inundating several bridges along PR-708 near kilometer 10.3. The road was impassable.

Unstable and wet weather conditions were anticipated in early May due to a combination of abundant tropical moisture and a series of upper-level troughs moving over the region.
