Wider weather episode

Numerous storms develop across northwest Kansas during the evening of the 28th. Recorded wind gusts around Leoti reported 68-71 mph winds, with a trained spotter estimating 60 mph winds. Damage was also reported in the town of Leoti from the Emergency Manager.
