The I80 - French mesonet station recorded a period of wind gusts to 80 mph as a result of outflow winds associated with a nearby cluster of showers and thunderstorms moving through the area.

The wider storm

Another grazing shortwave trough resulted in the development of isolated to scattered convection, some of which produced strong to severe wind gusts in southwest Wyoming.
