Thunderstorm winds blew down three trees and a couple large tree branches between the 6300 and 6500 blocks of Jubal Early Highway.

A hot and humid air mass combined with orographical lift to produce a severe thunderstorm in Franklin County of southwest Virginia. Damaging wind gusts from this storm blew down three trees and a couple large branches about six miles north-northwest of Burnt Chimney.
