Wind damage swath with numerous trees down stretching from US 41 just south of Adairsville towards US 411 southeast of Rydal.

Wider weather episode

A line of thunderstorms moving quickly along a cold-front tapped into significant low level shear and instability to cause widespread and significant wind damage across swaths of north Georgia. Winds of nearly 90mph were observed even as the line weakened.
