Car trapped between two downed trees and downed powerlines near the intersection of Braswell Mountain Rd and Thomas Rd. No injuries.

A line of thunderstorms moving quickly along a cold-front tapped into significant low level shear and instability to cause widespread and significant wind damage across swaths of north Georgia. Winds of nearly 90mph were observed even as the line weakened.
