Event narrative

A large portion of the eastern half of South-Central Texas received above normal rainfall in June. This led to drought improvement in a number of counties. Burnet, Gonzales, Karnes, Llano, and Williamson all improved from Severe (D2) drought category to Moderate (D1) drought.
