Several trees were blown down by severe thunderstorm wind gusts, blocking a local road. Elsewhere in Bradley County, numerous trees were felled, with multiple trees landing on both site built and manufactured housing, dealing various amounts of damage to structures.

Wider weather episode

A severe mesoscale convective system, MCS, moved west to east across southern Tennessee, northern Alabama, and northern Georgia during the afternoon of the 7th. This complex produced significant utility infrastructure and other wind related damages across the Chattanooga metro.
