Standing and flowing water at the RV Park and nearby roads, Oak Place and Manitou Avenue. Flash flood alert sirens and preemptive evacuations were made for local gov't facilities and RV campground along Fountain Creek. Quick rises were observed along Fountain and Ruxton Creeks, but streams remained within their banks.

Wider weather episode

Heavy rainfall of 1.5-2.5 inches in 30 min. led to flash flooding in Manitou Springs. Excess runoff and minor inundation of roadways occurred for most areas.
