The National Gridded Snowfall Analysis indicated storm totals of 12 to 60 inches at elevations above 5000 feet, with amounts of 4 to 12 inches down to valley floors. Precipitation amounts in the zone included 2.64 inches at Van Bremmer, 4.18 inches at Round Mountain, and 2.12 inches at Tenant Road.
The wider storm
An atmospheric river and stationary front brought heavy snow and gusty winds with the most significant impacts on 02/03 (Monday morning). The snowfall accumulation was high across the area, which was unusually high for areas east of the Cascades.
