The National Gridded Snowfall Analysis indicated storm totals of 4 to 18 inches with the highest amounts in the Cascade foothills, and southern portions of Jackson County. Reports included 8 inches 1 mile SSE of Ashland, 6 inches 1.9 miles SW of Prospect, and 6 inches 1 mile S of Medford.

Wider weather episode

An atmospheric river and stationary front brought heavy snow and gusty winds with the most significant impacts on 02/03 (Monday morning). The snowfall accumulation was high across the area, which was unusually high for areas east of the Cascades.
