The National Gridded Snowfall Analysis indicated storm totals of 4 to 60 inches, including 4 to 18 inches at valley locations. Precipitation amounts in the zone included 2.91 inches at Beatty, 1.97 inches at Gerber Reservoir, and 1.04 inches at Strawberry.

Wider weather episode

An atmospheric river and stationary front brought heavy snow and gusty winds with the most significant impacts on 02/03 (Monday morning). The snowfall accumulation was high across the area, which was unusually high for areas east of the Cascades.
