Cochise County Sheriff Deputy saw dust storm with visibility near Elfrida, AZ heading northward impacting HWY 191.

A severe thunderstorm resulted in a wind gust of 63 mph that caused a downed power pole. The thunderstorm produced a outflow that picked up dust causing a decrease in visibilities to less than a quarter mile in Cochise County.
