Social media showed a tree down along KY-399 near the old Vincent Post Office.

A low was passing through the Upper Great Lakes region early the morning of the 29th, with a trailing cold front extending south and west through Illinois and Missouri. As the morning low progressed so did the cold front. By 21Z the cold front was draped across northeast Ohio, south-central Indiana, and western Kentucky. A convective line had formed near, but just east of the cold front, across Southern Indiana and Illinois. By 22-23Z a new convective line formed farther into the warm sector across central and eastern Kentucky. The western most convective line overtook the other by 00Z, producing small hail and wind damage, downing some trees as storms passed through eastern Kentucky.
