What the National Weather Service wrote

White Sands employees reported water running over Baylor Canyon Road south of Organ. There was also deep water over NASA Rd about 4 miles north of Organ.

The wider storm

Thunderstorms developed off of the Sacramento Mountains as well as the Gila region and pushed southwest onto the lowlands. As storms moved through, they brought gusty outflow winds, a localized dust storm as well as flash flooding.

Began near Organ (32.4630, -106.6167).
